Each player has a board on which he will build his city. At the start of the campaign it has a few different features - empty fields, rocks, trees, and so on. The buildings he builds are represented by polyominoes, the Tetris-like shapes, in three different colors. There is a pile of cards between the players and a card with one of the polyominoes is turned over. Players must then build it in their city. The campaign consists of 24 games, divided into 8 chapters of 3 games each. During each game, players customize their experience by adding items and rules to their personal boards and cards, and to the game. Player choices and actions made during a game carry over to the next session, creating a unique, personalized gaming experience. The winner of each game earns development points for the campaign.
