Change(s) or cancellation of your reservation will only be processed if it is confirmed by email. The cancellation date is the date of the next working day following the day on which the email was received by De Spelletjes Vrienden.

Percentage of the price that the tenant owes upon cancellation:

15% of the agreed price
– In case of cancellation within 3 to 2 months before arrival:
50% of the agreed price
– In case of cancellation within 2 to 1 month before arrival:
75% of the agreed price

– In case of cancellation on the day of arrival:
100% of the agreed price

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Corona

What happens if the weekend cannot go ahead because of corona?
The weekend will then be moved free of charge.

Are there any measures at the moment?
No, there are no more measures at this time. If they do come again, we will of course adhere to the government guidelines regarding corona in force at that time.

Can I cancel if I have a positive corona test / quarantine obligation at the time of departure?
That depends on your own cancellation insurance. View the conditions of the cancellation insurance you have taken out. We recommend checking this carefully with your own cancellation insurance prior to your booking to avoid surprises.

Parking:
Parking is available in front of the door at most of the houses and at other residences near the property. The part of the Vissershuisjes is car-free. The renters can park the car in the relevant parking lot. Parking vehicles in the area around the rooms is only permitted with the express permission of Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze.

Maximum speed:
The holiday park has a speed limit of 15 km per hour for means of transport.

Recreation at the ponds:
There are canoes in the ponds. These may be used during the day free of charge. Use is not permitted after sunset and before sunrise. Swimming is permitted in the designated ponds. Its use is entirely at your own risk. There is no supervision and swimming/entertainment is entirely at your own risk, whereby parents, caregivers and supervisors are responsible for the well-being of their minor children and/or their (reduced) incapacitated fellow holidaymakers. and guests. Any form of liability towards us is hereby excluded.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas.

Sound:
• Music is permitted either at the cottages and/or other holiday accommodations restricted from 9am to 11pm. This should not cause any nuisance.
• A little more noise could be produced in the halls. Amplified music is possible here until 00:30. This does not mean that this can be done indefinitely.
• You are allowed to bring your own home garden and kitchen sound system.
Anything larger and/or with a big bass is not allowed.
• Different rules apply for day parties, such as but not limited to weddings, receptions, etc., whereby the end time may not be later than 1:00 am. Here, after 00:30, music playback may only be heard indoors.

Use of sanitary facilities and drains:
• Toilets, bathtubs, sinks and other disposal objects may not be used improperly. Improper use includes, but is not limited to: the disposal of tampons, sanitary towels, diapers, panty liners, paper other than toilet paper, glass and/or other waste/dirt remains.
Furthermore, no environmentally harmful cleaning agents such as chlorine, etc., fats and food scraps may be thrown down the drain or into the toilets. This causes serious blockages!

Party supplies:
• The use of confetti and fireworks is prohibited. There is a fine of €500.00 for using this. This is without prejudice to any government sanctions.

Final cleaning:
• Final cleaning is included in the price. We do expect you to leave the accommodation and/or room you rented “broom clean”. By this term we mean:
All dishes must be returned to their correct place in the cupboard, dry and clean.
The garbage must be deposited in the appropriate containers.
Please remove the bed linen from the beds before departure and place them together at the bottom of the stairs or, if there are no stairs in your accommodation, place the bed linen at the entrance of your accommodation before departure.
The floor must be left clean and stick-free.
The layout of the house, the accommodation object and/or the rented room must be as it was found upon arrival.
Any damage must be reported to reception before departure.

General:
• Entering our holiday park is at your own risk. We expect you and the other guests to take the other guests into account in your behavior and not to cause any nuisance. Transgressive behavior, such as but not limited to: physical violence, discrimination, sexual intimidation is expressly not permitted. If this occurs at any time, this may lead to appropriate sanctions such as the aforementioned, the withholding of the deposit and/or removal from the holiday park, without prejudice to any sanctions from the government.
We, the management and employees of Holiday Park Eigen Wijze and De Spelletjes Vrienden, wish you a pleasant stay at our holiday park.

Exclude right of withdrawal
Making a reservation for the DSV Games Weekend is final. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the agreement you conclude with De Spelletjes Vrienden regarding the DSV Spelletjesweekend.

Application
These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations made for the DSV Games Weekend. In these General Terms and Conditions, the term 'renter' and 'you' are defined as: the person who enters into an agreement with De Spelletjes Vrienden regarding the rental/use of accommodation and/or camping pitch and/or other facilities. The term 'user' (also referred to below as 'guest') is understood to mean: the tenant and the persons specified by the tenant who (will) use the accommodation and/or camping pitch and/or other facilities rented by the tenant. These General Terms and Conditions apply regardless of your (prior) reference to any own terms and conditions or to other general terms and conditions. The Games Friends rejects any terms and conditions referred to or used by you. Agreements deviating from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if agreed in writing. These conditions apply both within and outside the Netherlands, regardless of the place of residence or business of the parties involved in any agreement, regardless of the place where the agreement was concluded or should have been implemented. If the other party takes or could have taken note of these general terms and conditions in a language other than the Dutch and there are differences in interpretation caused by the text, the Dutch version will prevail over the foreign version, unless Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze expressly renounces this in writing.

To book
The Games Friends only accepts reservations from people who are 18 years or older. Reservations from persons under that age are not valid. The Games Friends reserve the right to refuse deviating reservations or to impose special conditions without giving reasons. Immediately after receiving the confirmation, you must check it for accuracy and report any inaccuracies to De Spelletjes Vrienden.

Changes to the agreement
If, after the conclusion of the agreement, you wish to make changes to the agreement, De Spelletjes Vrienden are not obliged to accept them. It is at the discretion of De Spelletjes Vrienden and Eigen Wijze to determine whether and to what extent these changes will be accepted. In the event that De Spelletjes Vrienden accepts your changes, you may be charged change costs if these changes are requested 28 days or less before the start of your stay. If, after the conclusion of an agreement for more than one accommodation and/or camping pitch, you wish to reduce the number of accommodations and/or camping pitches, the cancellation conditions as described in these conditions apply.

In-place
The tenant and other users are not permitted to grant use of the accommodation and/or camping site under any name and for any reason whatsoever to others than the persons mentioned in the agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Eigen Wijze and The Games Friends. If you, Eigen Wijze and De Speletjes Vrienden have agreed that you and/or one or more users will be replaced, you will remain jointly and severally liable to De Speletjes Vrienden for the payment of the tenant and/or users who replace you and/or other users. the part of the rental amount still owed, the change costs and any additional costs resulting from the replacement and any cancellation costs.

Prices
You owe De Spelletjes Vrienden the agreed rental price, as stated in the confirmation and invoice of the reservation. Price discounts and/or special offers can no longer be used once the confirmation of the reservation/invoice has been sent by De Spelletjes Vrienden. All prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. De Spelletjes Vrienden have the right to implement and settle price increases as a result of interim adjustments to legal regulations or provisions (including, but not limited to, VAT, tourist tax, insurance tax) over which De Spelletjes Vrienden has no influence.

Extra cost
In addition to the rental price, the tenant also owes costs for bed linen and tourist tax. If you cancel after 14 days after making the reservation or within 30 days before the start of your stay, the full administration costs remain due and are part of the total costs to be charged in the event of cancellation. The tourist tax contribution is determined by the relevant municipality where the park is located. The tenant always owes De Spelletjes Vrienden the tourist tax rate determined by the relevant municipality.

Payments
Payment must be made 100% immediately upon booking. Post-payment is not possible when booking a house for the DSV Games Weekend.

Savings points
You will not receive any loyalty points for booking a house for the DSV Games Weekend. We chose this because it allowed us to keep the price of the Games Weekend more affordable. You will receive loyalty points for purchasing board games, card games and accessories.

Offers
All offers and quotations are entirely without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise. They have been carried out by De Spelletjes Vrienden to the best of their knowledge and are based on any information provided when applying. The information provided by De Spelletjes Vrienden in images, websites, multimedia, catalogues, brochures, drawings or otherwise regarding size, capacity, performance, color, material structure, finish or results and the like must be deemed to be approximate and provided without obligation. . The Games Friends are not bound by this information and therefore accept no liability for any inaccuracies in this information.

Agreements
An order is understood to mean: any agreement with De Spelletjes Vrienden and Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze, regardless of whether it undertakes to deliver goods, carry out work, or make staff, materials or space available, or any other performance whatsoever. to do, in the broadest sense. All agreements concluded with De Speletjes Vrienden and Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze only become binding after written confirmation by De Speletjes Vrienden and Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze, or because De Speletjes Vrienden and Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze have commenced the execution of the assignment. Room rental and outdoor space
House rules are applied by Holiday Park Eigen Wijze. These will be made known to her by it when concluding the agreement with the other party. Insofar as this has not been done or has not been done in full, the following house rules apply in any case, without prejudice: Closing time is no later than 1:00 am. If this is the case on the part of the other party, at the discretion of De Spelletjes Vrienden and/or Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze, it has the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect, while retaining all rights accruing to it, to use the hall(s) and/or outdoor space. to vacate and to recover all damage suffered and/or suffered by it indivisibly from the other party and the perpetrators (until the day of full payment). If damage, whether unintentional or not, is caused by and/or on behalf of the other party to the rented hall and/or outdoor space, the appurtenances and/or elsewhere in the holiday park, for whatever reason and nature, De Spelletjes Vrienden and/or Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze have the right to indivisibly and severally recover the damage suffered and yet to be suffered from both the other party and the perpetrators on the other party's behalf until the day of full payment. In principle, pets are allowed under certain conditions, but only with the express permission of Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze. The other party must submit a request to Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze before the commencement date of the room rental and/or rental of outdoor space. If Holiday Park Eigen Wijze decides positively, it has the right to impose rules of conduct on the other party, including its guests and its pet(s), during their presence at the Holiday Park and its accessories. The Games Friends and/or Holiday Park Eigen Wijze have the right to immediately terminate the agreement if the rules of conduct are violated and/or if nuisance is caused. The Friends Games and/or Holiday Park Eigen Wijze cannot then be held by the other party to compensate him in any way.; not with regard to the previously concluded rental agreement for the hall and/or outdoor space or otherwise.

Liability
De Spelletjes Vrienden and Holiday Park Eigen Wijze are not liable for any damage that is the result, either directly and/or indirectly, of the delivered goods, including additional work, not complying with the agreement, unless this is due to intent or gross negligence. is to blame. De Spelletjes Vrienden and Holiday Park Eigen Wijze are not liable for loss, theft or damage to property and/or property of and on behalf of the other party. Prices and costs

The prices stated in the offer are based on the then known cost price factors, such as but not limited to: rates, wages, taxes, duties, charges, freight, etc. In the event of an increase in one of these factors, De Spelletjes Vrienden are entitled to the offered (sales) price to be changed accordingly. The price or rate therefore does not include levies imposed by the government or other authorities, including fines, insurance premiums, etc. Holiday park Eigen Wijze and De Spelletjes Vrienden are entitled to, if the cost price factors change between the date of conclusion and execution of the agreement, give reason to change its prices after notification to the other party. Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze and De Speletjes Vrienden are entitled to demand advance payments or deposit or security (in the form of a bank guarantee). Holiday Park Eigen Wijze and De Spelletjes Vrienden reserve the right to charge travel costs and/or shipping costs.

Compensation for late or non-payment
If payment of the invoices sent by De Speletjes Vrienden and/or Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze has not been made within 14 (fourteen) days after the invoice date, the other party is deemed to be in default by operation of law and De Speletjes Vrienden and/or Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze , without further notice of default, the right to charge the other party interest on the entire amount owed by him/her, from the due date, equal to the statutory overdue interest with a minimum of 1% per month or part thereof, without prejudice to the other rights accruing to De Spelletjes Vrienden and/or Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze, including the right to all costs associated with the collection, both judicial and extrajudicial collection costs, the latter of which are fixed in advance at 15% of the amount to be collected, with a minimum of EURO 250.00 (in words; two hundred and fifty euros) NB: Where the legislator has determined by law the extrajudicial collection costs to be charged to the other party, the other party is liable for extrajudicial collection costs in accordance with the provisions therein.

Cancel
Holiday Park Eigen Wijze and De Speletjes Vrienden have the right, if the other party is or remains in default in any respect with its obligations with regard to deliveries previously made by De Speletjes Vrienden and/or Holiday Park Eigen Wijze, work carried out, or for other reasons, to comply, to suspend its obligations towards the other party, or to cancel/dissolve the underlying agreement(s) in whole or in part. All this without the other party being held liable in any way and without prejudice to the rights accruing to De Spelletjes Vrienden and/or Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze. Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze and/or De Spelletjes Vrienden also have this right if the other party is in the event of bankruptcy, suspension of payments, accession to the WSNP, other forms of debt counselling, liquidation of company form/business activities or, according to the standards of Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze and/or De Speletjes Vrienden, threat of these circumstances. All claims of Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze and De Spelletjes Vrienden on the other party are then immediately due and payable. Retention of title

Force majeur
Force majeure releases De Spelletjes Vrienden and/or Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze from its obligations towards the other party. Force majeure factors are considered to be: such events and conditions that have a clearly demonstrable and directly effective influence on the company De Spelletjes Vrienden and/or the company Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze, such as, but not limited to: serious disruptions in its production process, war (also outside Netherlands), riot, epidemic, pandemic, fire, traffic disruptions, strike, exclusion, loss or damage during transport, accident or illness of its personnel, pregnancy and/or childbirth, import restrictions or other government restrictions, etc. The Games Friends and Holiday Park Eigen Wijze are released from their obligations, regardless of whether the force majeure occurred in its own company or elsewhere, such as in the companies of suppliers, transporters, wholesalers, etc. b. In that case, notwithstanding what is stated here under b, the dispute will be submitted to the absolutely competent court in the jurisdiction of the other party. Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze has the right, if the nature of the transaction(s) gives reason to do so, to be able to rely on the Vienna Sales Convention at any time. The Games Friends and/or Holiday Park Eigen Wijze do not have to inform the other party in advance of its choice. All disputes will be submitted to the judgment of the absolutely competent judge in the Central Netherlands district or to the judgment of another competent judicial authority, at the discretion of De Spelletjes Vrienden and/or Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze. In the event of a summons against the other party by a third party at another court and/or on the basis of another law, the other party hereby waives the option to summon De Spelletjes Vrienden and/or Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze in indemnification before that court and to that right, so that the jurisdiction of the court and law chosen by De Spelletjes Vrienden and/or Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze will in any case prevail. If any article or sub-article of these General Terms and Conditions becomes invalid, this will not affect the validity of other articles.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
Holiday Park Eigen Wijze and/or De Speletjes Vrienden are authorized to change these General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions amended by De Spelletjes Vrienden and/or Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze apply to the other party from 30 (thirty) days after it has been informed in writing of the change, unless the other party notifies Vakantiepark Eigen Wijze in writing within that period. to object to the change. In the latter case, the unchanged General Terms and Conditions will remain applicable between the Parties until the assignment is completed or the agreement is terminated, but no longer than 6 (six) months from the end of the aforementioned period of 30 (thirty) days.
