General Terms and Conditions for Sales Partners of The Games Friends

Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• The Games Friends : The company that manages the webshop www .despelletjesvrienden .nl .
• Sales partner : An external party that offers products through the De Spelletjes Vrienden webshop and ships them independently.
• Consumer : A natural person who orders a product from a sales partner via the webshop.

Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all collaborations between De Spelletjes Vrienden and the sales partner. By offering products via www .despelletjesvrienden .nl , the sales partner agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Delivery and Delivery Times

1. The sales partner is obliged to deliver orders within the Netherlands and Belgium within a maximum period of 7 calendar days.
2. If the sales partner is temporarily unable to deliver, for example due to holidays or other circumstances, this must be communicated to De Spelletjes Vrienden in a timely manner so that the delivery times on the website can be displayed correctly.

Article 4 – General Terms and Conditions for Consumers

1. The sales partner agrees to the general terms and conditions for consumers of De Spelletjes Vrienden and will comply with them.
2. Any deviating conditions may not conflict with the general terms and conditions of De Spelletjes Vrienden and must be approved in advance in writing.

Article 5 – Returns and Costs

1. Consumers have the right to return products within the statutory return period.
2. Returns within the Netherlands are always free of charge for the consumer; the sales partner bears these costs.
3. For returns from Belgium, the sales partner may charge the consumer a maximum contribution of €4.95.

Article 6 – Liability and Complaints

1. The sales partner is responsible for the correct and timely delivery of orders.
2. Complaints about products or deliveries must be resolved by the sales partner within a reasonable period of time.

Article 7 – Changes and Termination of Cooperation

1. The Spelletjes Vrienden reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they come into effect.
2. In case of repeated violation of these conditions, De Spelletjes Vrienden reserves the right to immediately terminate the collaboration with the sales partner.
