Delivery time

If you place your order before 3:00 PM on a weekday in the Netherlands or Belgium, we will ship your order the same day, with the exception of orders containing pre-order products. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. During the checkout process, you can choose your own carrier. Carriers have a maximum delivery time of 10 business days.

Orders with a pre-order

Have you placed an order with a pre-order product? Then the delivery time for your order is indicated with the relevant product. Once we have received all products for your order, we will send the complete order. You will then receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so you can track the package.
