The famous Senate Square in the center of the Finnish capital is surrounded by government buildings, the university, the cathedral and the Sederholm House. The players' task is to design pavilions to protect pedestrians in the rain. Helsinki is based on the Copenhagen design by the same design team, but with some added complexity. The center board shows the Senate Square with 8 spaces (two per side) and 8 cards, with each card connected to two spaces. The player's turn moves his or her pawn forward 1-3 spaces and then must choose to take cards or build a pavilion. Each space is connected to two face-up cards, and the player can choose to take them into their hand (make sure to respect the 7-card hand limit, a key challenge in the game). To build a pavilion, the player plays a card with the piece he wants to play, and then must play an additional number of cards of the same color. Finally, the piece must be "shoved" onto their game board (which also represents the Senate square) from the side of the square their pawn is on the main board. Covering certain spaces earns a weapon, which can be spent for one of 15 one-time special actions. Players score points for completing rows and columns, and the player with the most points at the end of the game is the winner. In this deluxe edition you will find the expansion 'Expansion 1' and also beautiful acrylic bricks.

Build your own gang and customize it to your plans. Collect resources to complete heists and money to recruit new gang members. And make sure you escape the police! A unique and fun game from the award-winning designers of Automania and Trails of Tucana. Bad Company plays up to 6 players with very little downtime. It also includes a solo mode where you try to outsmart the police. Each player has a player board with 11 gang members. You can upgrade them by placing cards on them. This way, the appearance of your gang members changes as they gain more skills. Each round, the active player rolls four dice and divides them into two pairs (pay coins to re-roll). Each pair of dice activates one gang member on the active player's board. All other players may use one of the pairs to activate a single gang member on their own board. Activating a gangster provides resources needed to complete heists, money to upgrade your gang members or drive your car around the city. You want to drive your car because you have to stay ahead of the police to collect loot along the city route. You earn points by completing heists, upgrading your gang and driving your car around the city. Some completed heists offer special abilities that you can build your strategy around. The game ends when a player completes their 6th heist, or when a car reaches the dock on the city track, and the player with the most points wins.

Winter becomes spring, the trees turn green, flowers emerge, nature awakens. So are two hungry squirrels. They decide to prepare for winter early this time. Squirrel Away is a game for children aged 4 and up and combines sensorimotor, strategic and dexterity elements into a challenging, fun experience. Over three rounds, the two squirrels play cards to build their nest. The one who has collected the most food in the nest wins the game. At the start of a round (spring, summer or autumn) each player takes 4 cards. Players take turns playing these cards and performing actions such as: - grab 3 food from the bag and place them in the nest (the nest is a round wooden ring) - drop an owl ball above your opponent's nest - steal a berry, beechnut, mushroom or seed from your opponent's nest with the magpie card All food that falls from a nest ends up in the mess. Depending on the variant being played, the food in the mess can be deducted from the food in the nest. There are three variants, ranging from easy for the smaller children to more strategic for the older or more experienced children (or parents). The basic game counts the food in the nest, the first variant subtracts the mess and the second variant gives points to the different types of food.

You are one of the characters who went on a similar journey after Marco Polo's discovery of the Silk Road. Each character has unique traits that give him advantages in the game. Each round starts with rolling 5 dice. These partly determine what options you have. The higher the dice, the better your actions. You mainly earn points for fulfilling trade contracts, establishing certain trading posts and reaching Beijing. You need goods and camels for that. You can get these on certain action spaces. Each action field requires 1, 2 or 3 dice, the lowest value of which determines how often you can perform the action or how much the action yields. To use an occupied action space, you must pay the value of your die in money. Marco Polo has so many options that the game is always different. Highly recommended for real enthusiasts! The Games Friends: "You should certainly not be deterred by the dice when playing Marco Polo, because there is no high luck factor with Marco Polo. Even if you throw less cash, you still have a chance of winning. All that makes Marco Polo a top game that won't take you too long. A perfect start to a game night!"
