Description

Welcome, travelers, to the Japanese island of Shikoku! Tokaido Duo is a standalone game inspired by Tokaido but with entirely new mechanics. 1–2 players use a quick dice draft each turn to guide three unique characters across various tracks around the smallest of Japan's main islands.

As a pilgrim, you'll visit shrines, gardens, the coast, and hot springs. As a merchant, you'll collect and sell traditional souvenirs. As an artist, you'll paint all sorts of beautiful vistas and gift your paintings to locals. Earn points for each character's discoveries as you complete one of their tasks first and enjoy the journey along the way.
