You and your fellow city developers have been asked to develop the ultimate metropolis. You have to work together and build a city that satisfies the clients and they have quite specific wishes. You must plan carefully to meet their outrageous demands!

In this game by authors Steven Aramini, Danny Devine & Paul Kluka, you build the city together. Lay out the maps in a smart way and form as large areas as possible, but be careful, roads give negative points, so you don't want to create too many of them.
