Reforest is a card game in which players compete to create the healthiest forest ecosystem by assembling a tableau of plants, each with unique properties and abilities.

On your turn, you choose one of two actions. You can collect plants by drawing two cards from the draw pile or from the open plant market. You can also play a plant by adding a plant card to your tableau in one of the permitted height categories (low, medium, or high areas). You pay the cost of cards by discarding other plants from your hand as nutrients. Because space is limited, taller plants can be placed over pioneer species.

Reforest: Primeval forest Reforest expands with a new set of plant and animal visitors, along with ancient trees, parasitic plants, and game-changing terrain modules.

This ' extension ' can be combined with Reforest or as a standalone game. The box also includes space to store the original Reforest.

In Reforest: Primeval forest Players compete to grow the healthiest forest by building a tableau of plants, each with its own properties and skills.

New elements in this expansion include: Ancient Trees that can reveal previously hidden effects and regenerate stored plants, Parasitic Plants that are free to play but feed on existing plants, and Terrain Cards that provide benefits for your different zones.
