Journey to the vast wilderness of Southern Africa and take on the role of a conservationist. Embark on a rewilding adventure as you transform your unique landscape into a thriving nature reserve. In three quick rounds of simultaneous turns and card drafting, you'll build a vibrant ecosystem. As you develop your reserve, you'll complete research tasks to earn money that will fund conservation and create a sanctuary for vulnerable and endangered species. As the game progresses, your choices become more challenging and your strategy more complex, with the goal of building the highest-scoring nature reserve.

Developed by Matt and Zara during their conservation work in Botswana, Kavango is deeply thematic and carefully designed as a modern and realistic look at conservation in Southern Africa. With 160 unique species cards, 45 survey cards, 10 conservationists, and 5 landscape tableaus, there's a huge variety that reflects Kavango's incredible biodiversity.
