Description

Bonfire is a varied and challenging game that requires planning and flexibility.

The magical bonfires have gone out, the cities of antiquity are deserted, the world has sunk into darkness. The female keepers of light who once watched over the bonfires have retreated to remote islands. There they wait for those who prove themselves capable of driving away the twilight.

And so it is up to you as a gnome to take on this task: settle in the empty cities and prepare the way to lead the guardians back to their original place. Complete the tasks necessary to light the bonfires again and let your new home shine in full light!

With the help of action tokens, you collect assignments from islands that, when completed, give you various benefits. If you best fulfill the wishes of the guardians and the Council, you will win this original game.

With this game, the successful author Stefan Feld has managed to offer a lot of variety with few action options. Ideally suited for advanced players who want to introduce less experienced players to this genre.
