Werewolves of Miller's Hollow
Werewolves of Millers Hollow is the perfect party game for large groups. For example, are you at camp or do you have a family day? Then you don't need more than this pack of cards and you can start.
The idea of Werewolves of Millers Hollow is very simple. You sit in a large circle and everyone gets a card in their hands. On that card is the role that you have in the game. Then everyone closes their eyes, except the game leader. The game leader's job is to call out the different roles in turn, so that everyone can play their role.
When the roles have been performed, everyone 'wakes up' by opening their eyes again. You then discuss what you have heard or possibly seen. In this way you have to find out who the werewolves of Millers Hollow are. The werewolves on the other hand have to try to fall on the traps as little as possible, so that they will not fall off. Werewolves of Millers Hollow is really highly recommended and every game is exciting!
Werewolves & Daredevils
Do you have a smaller group? Then Werewolves & Daredevils is a good idea, because this version can be played from 5 people. With the version 1 Night Werewolves and Daredevils it is even possible to play Werewolves with three people. The rules of 1 Night Werewolves and Daredevils are also slightly different than, for example, Werewolves of Millers Hollow or Werewolves & Daredevils. The game takes place in just 1 night, which means that the villagers have to figure out who the werewolves are in 1 night. The game Werewolf is quite old and was probably invented in Russia in the 80s of the last century. Dmitry Davidoff was the inventor and did not call it 'Werewolf', but 'Mafia'. In the meantime it has been released in many countries and since 2003 it has also been published in the Netherlands by 999 Games.
