The cases in Detective Rummy can be played in two different ways: Campaign Mode and Case Mode. In campaign mode you play all 7 scenarios in a fixed order. In Case Mode you can play Cases 2 through 6 one by one as a standalone Detective Rummy scenario. Since there are new Game Changer cards in each scenario that are discovered in a different order (if at all) each time you play, things will never be resolved the same way twice.
