New adventures await you in the search for El Dorado! Along the way you will encounter new areas with dangerous terrain, such as rivers with rapids, swamps with crocodiles and mountains with risk zones. You also now have to visit temples to find the artifacts that allow you to open the gate to El Dorado. But there is also help. The mysterious Muisca tribe is ready to help you in the quest for the City of Gold. The Quest for El Dorado: Dangers and Muisca is a new expansion consisting of two modules. The “Hazards” module introduces new terrain tiles. These tiles are littered with danger zones where you are not allowed to end your turn. This module also contains the new terrain type swamps, which you can only walk through carefully and card by card because of crocodiles. The “Muisca” module introduces the new Muisca cards. You can buy these cards at the market tableau and work just like the other cards, with one difference. Instead of playing the card as normal, you can also place it in front of you. This way you keep the Muisca card and can use it in the next turn, which gives many more tactical possibilities. Both modules can be played separately or with other expansions. This provides plenty of variety for fans of The Search for El Dorado!

Paladins of the Western Kingdom is set during a turbulent time in the history of Western Franconia, around 900 AD. Despite recent attempts to develop the city, the surrounding villages are still threatened by outsiders. Saracens explore the borders, while Vikings plunder riches and livestock. Even the Byzantines from the east showed their dark side. As noble men and women, players must gather workers from the city to defend themselves against enemies, build fortifications and spread the faith across the land. Fortunately, you are not alone. In his great wisdom, the King has sent his best knights to assist in our efforts. So prepare the horses and sharpen the swords. The Paladins are approaching. The aim of the game is to be the player with the most victory points at the end of the game. You earn points by building outposts and fortifications, appointing monks and entering into confrontations with outsiders. Each round, players enlist the help of a particular Paladin and gather workers to complete tasks. As the game progresses, players will slowly increase their faith, power and influence. These not only influence their final score, but also determine the meaning of their actions. The game concludes at the end of the seventh round. The Games Friends: " Our favorite game in the West Kingdom Trilogy. There are a lot of choices, but the actions still feel logical. We think the strong element is that you cannot focus on everything in one game. This means that you can always do something different. try something else and you will be able to play Paladins for a long time. A great recommendation that will remain one of our favorite games for a while. "

Go on an adventure in the world of the Vikings and work as a trader, hunter or plunderer. Build houses, discover distant lands and contribute to the celebration of Odin every round. In this grand strategic game, Uwe Rosenberg takes you to a bygone era. A variety of action options and equipment cards for your Northmen guarantee a unique game, where you try to optimize the possibilities on your player board every time! “Odin” is a saga in the form of a board game. You relive the cultural successes, trading expeditions and plunderings of the tribes we now know as “Vikings”. This term came to be used very differently around the end of the first millennium. When the northerners went on a plundering expedition they said they were going on a "viking". The Scandinavian ancestors, however, were much more than ordinary pirates. They were explorers, traders and founders of states. Leif Eriksson was probably the first European in America, long before Columbus. In the region now called Normandy, the invaders were not called Vikings but “Normans”. One of them was the famous William the Conqueror who invaded England in 1066. He achieved what the King of Norway could not achieve a few years earlier: conquering the English throne. The fact that the people of that time became good sailors had to do with the fact that it was difficult to live from agriculture alone. Major crop shortages caused much suffering. In this game you can plunder and discover new areas. You also experience what everyday life was like by collecting goods that give you a strong position in society. Ultimately, the game is won by the player whose possessions are worth the most.

Treasure hunters and saboteurs trouble each other in this role card game. The only question is who is on which side! Each player receives a role card, which indicates whether he is a saboteur or a treasure-hunting dwarf. He keeps his role a secret from everyone, but can of course say whatever he wants in the meantime. Furthermore, each player receives a number of cards with corridors, tools or sabotage options. The treasure hunters aim to find the treasure, while the saboteurs try to prevent that. This way they can sabotage each other's tools or explain courses the wrong way. Because it cannot be determined with certainty who belongs to which party, it is best to avoid hindering an ally in this way. The winning side receives a reward at the end of the game. Whoever has collected the most rewards after a number of rounds wins the game. The Games Friends: “ We really like games where you have to bluff and fool each other. Saboteur is therefore fully approved by us! The simple rules and limited playing time make Saboteur the perfect game to take to family and friends."

For example, the grasshopper may jump in a straight line to the next available space, the ant may walk indefinitely and the beetle may walk 1 step or climb onto another area. Each turn you may place a piece into play or move an already present piece. A game of Hive lasts an average of 30 minutes. The Hive pieces are made of durable plastic material and come in a nice fabric bag. This means you can take Hive anywhere: the beach, the pub, on holiday, etc. Hive offers a challenge for everyone. A plan is not enough with Hive, you also need a strong response to the opponent. That makes Hive suitable for everyone. In short: everyone should have this classic in the making.

Wavelength is a telepathic party game where two teams try to read each other's minds. Teams take turns rotating a pointer to a position where they think the hidden goal is located. One player from the active team, the Clairvoyant, draws a card and knows where the target is, but can only give a hint within the spectrum of two opposing concepts. Then the teammates must try to guess the position of the goal as best as possible to score points. But the other team can also guess the position and try to score points. After both teams have made their choice, it is time for the reveal. The Clairvoyant opens the screen to reveal the target. If the pointer falls within the colored target area, his team receives the number of points shown on the colored pieces (2-4 points). The other team gets 1 point if they correctly guess whether the target is to the left or right of the final pointer position. If the Clairvoyant's team guesses perfectly (the 4-point part), the other team cannot score any points. Once a team reaches 10 points, the game ends and the team with the highest score wins! The Games Friends: " What a great party game Wavelength is! The rules are very simple, but you still have to think carefully about every hint you give. Very nicely done and nicely retro. Great tip! Forest Shuffle: Dartmoor is a standalone game in the Forest Shuffle series and introduces a brand-new habitat with new species to discover, each offering unique abilities and bonuses. Just like in the original Forest Shuffle, players in Forest Shuffle: Dartmoor compete to create the most valuable environment by planting trees and shrubs and then attracting species to create an ecologically balanced habitat for flora and fauna. New in Dartmoor is the introduction of terrain cards, played horizontally, that serve as homes or feeding locations for species other than trees or shrubs. Due to the nature of the terrain, species can only be placed above or below a terrain card. Deer and other species stay away from bogs in the moorland. They need their water, but don't feel safe near springs or streams. Therefore, it's important for players to pay close attention to where they place their species. Like its predecessor, Forest Shuffle: Dartmoor has a unique back: any of the 180 cards in the deck can be placed face-down to create a swamp, if the action allows. The caves in Forest Shuffle: Dartmoor are now dealt at the beginning of the game, offering asymmetrical starting conditions. Furthermore, the number of tree symbols has been reduced from eight to six to make bonuses easier to obtain. The gameplay remains unchanged: At the start, each player has six cards in their hand. These cards show either a specific type of tree, shrub, or terrain, or two bog dwellers (animals or plants). These latter cards are divided into two halves (vertically or horizontally), each with a dweller on one half of the card. During a turn, you can either draw two cards—either from the draw pile face down or from the clearing face up—and add them to your hand, or play a card from your hand by discarding other cards to pay its cost, then placing the chosen card into play. At the end, the player with the highest score wins.
