They each take turns placing a tile to create a card together. Land places tiles that try to complete land areas, and Sea places tiles that try to complete sea areas. Completed areas score one point per tile; land areas for land, sea areas for sea. Some tiles award bonus points to whoever completes the area they are in. So, players can decide to strategically complete rivals' areas to earn their bonus points. Other tiles allow players to play their second tile or steal a player's tile - but not their last!

Stella is a competitive game in the Dixit universe where players interpret images based on a common word. Choose the same cards as the other players to win! Take a risk, but beware of the fall!Stella is a game about associations with ideas and interpretations with images. In each round, players must secretly match different Dixit cards to one random word. If you manage to choose the same cards as the other players, you form a 'spark' that earns points. More associations give you more chances for (super) sparks, but don't be too greedy. The player who has the most associations also runs the risk of scoring the fewest points! At the end of the fourth round, the player with the most points wins. We found the Games Friends: Stella surprisingly fun. Of course the cards are beautiful again and there is a bit more of a game than with Dixit. Because you have to cleverly combine words and cards, no two games are the same and it is also fun for the expert player. Recommended!

In Underwater Cities, which lasts approximately 30-45 minutes per player, players represent the most powerful brains in the world, brains nominated from the Earth's overpopulation to create the best possible and most livable underwater areas. The main principle of the game is placing cards. Three colored cards are placed along the edge of the main board in 3 x 5 boxes, which are also colored. Ideally, players can place cards in slots of the same color. Then they can take both actions and benefits: the action depicted in the slot on the main board and also the benefit of the card. Actions and benefits allow players to absorb resources; building and upgrading city domes, tunnels and production buildings such as farms, desalination equipment and laboratories in their personal underwater area; to move their marker on the initiative track (which is important for player order on the next turn); to activate the player's "A cards"; and to collect cards, both special and basic cards that provide better decision-making options during play. All almost 220 cards - whether special or simple - are divided into five types depending on the way and time of use. Underwater areas are planned to be double-sided, giving players many opportunities to gain VPs and ultimately win.

Tiny Epic Pirates is a 45 minute game for 1-4 players, full of adventure on the high seas, using a variable rondel action system and action combinations! In Tiny Epic Pirates you pilot a pirate ship with the aim of burying vast amounts of wealth in secret hideouts on the island. Each turn you move your captain token around your ship's action wheel (rondel) and select which action you want to take... Loot, Trade, Crew, Attack or Search. Each player has a random and unique arrangement of these actions on their rondel. Sail your pirate ship is something that every player can do every time they take an action. Looting allows you to acquire loot from settlements at a very reasonable price. It's amazing how negotiating changes when your blunderbuss is ready. A box of gunpowder for a promise of no harm? Fair exchange. By trading you can sell your ill-gotten goods for gold on the black market. Each market is only interested in a specific good, so make sure you're heading in the right direction. Timing is everything, you sell a good at the wrong time and it is worth a pittance. Crew Up adds a new crew member to your growing pirate ship. Crew increases your ship's combat advantage and unlocks new abilities for each spoke of your ship's action wheel, making that action more powerful every time you take it! By attacking merchant ships and other pirates you increase your reputation. It also happens to be a great way to score some gold and more loot to sell. Be a threat and you might become a Legend of the Sea! Search the high seas for treasures left behind by the unfortunate souls who came before you. Salvage old ship parts for temporary relief or get lucky and find something worth selling. The end of the game is triggered once a player has buried three treasures. To do this, a player must first acquire the amount of gold necessary to bury in the various cemeteries on the map. After all players have had the same number of turns, the player who has buried three treasures wins. The Games Friends: " Tiny Epic Pirates is a strongly thematic game, with a smooth game flow. The turns follow each other quickly and the tactical choices you have to make during the game are very fun. Highly recommended! "
